Typically I have a decent experience here, nothing wonderful but nothing terrible. Yesterday I went in for an oil change and a recall fix and waited for 4 hours. I have tried to ask for a loaner every wonderful but nothing terrible. Yesterday I went in for an oil change and a recall fix and waited for 4 hours. I have tried to ask for a loaner every time I have had to have work done there and they tell me they can’t. I’m 7 months pregnant and absolutely wasn’t prepared to spend so much time there, therefore didn’t have nearly enough food. I wasn’t given any updates until the 3 hour mark when I was told that they were almost done and it just needed washed. About 30 minutes later, the guy helping me came and told me that they didn’t even have the car put back together. I told them to skip the wash. Insane. I used to have an Audi and to be honest, the service itself is enough to have me go back to them and not buy another BMW. I was offered a loaner every time I had to have anything done. They were incredibly fast, attentive, and knowledgeable. I tried to ask questions about the recommendations made on my car yesterday and the guy helping me couldn’t answer any of my questions. I knew more about my car’s engine than he did. Bummer experience. More
My dealer, Obel, was awesome. The entire car buying experience awesome. The sales manager, never met him, but we negotiated through Obel. Between my BMWs and my mini Cooper, I’ve been a baron customer for 18 years!! I’ve never had any issues with the team. The only change that I have not been fond of is going from scheduling directly with customer for 18 years!! I’ve never had any issues with the team. The only change that I have not been fond of is going from scheduling directly with the service department to now using a call center. I understand why they made the change however I feel it took away a little bit of the personal touch. As long as I own a BMW or mini, Baron will get my business both sales and service.! Shout out to Andrew Strahl, my service advisor. He’s always friendly and has great communication. Keep it up Baron! More
