The buying experience was smooth our sales rep Chelsea came through for us we originally came to view a used X5 but it wasn’t going to work out so she searched the system and found us an X1. We took it for a test drive and fell in love with it (even with the big dent in the lower bumper grille!) Asked if we could make the deal work for a flat price she was unsure but did her due diligence to at least asked and guess what?! Approved. Quick and easy closing process and I was on the road less than 2 hours after the test drive. Truly great service all the way up the chain of command. I couldn’t be more impressed and will return for any car buying needs in the future. More

I called to make an appointment the person that was on the line could barely speak English. He could not find any information on my car found things from years ago, but not my current car so I just drove the line could barely speak English. Customer service is not what it used to be. be at Baron. I was very disappointed. I had to make three phone calls to learn the status of my car. My contact Virgina failed to tell me she would be off the next day. If I had not called at 3:00pm, I doubt if someone else would have contacted me. I was put on hold for 15 minutes, I finally hung up. More
I really enjoy this dealership because the service center has very helpful employees and they get you in and out very quickly.
