The communication between service techs and customer for me is less than lack luster. It is poor. I bring my car for service and expect to be notified when important repairs are needed. I bought 4 new tires me is less than lack luster. It is poor. I bring my car for service and expect to be notified when important repairs are needed. I bought 4 new tires in November. I had to replace one tire in March due to a punctured tire. No one told me I needed an alignment. According to the service tech yesterday, I was told in March I did not need a wheel alignment. However the service tech contradicted himself by saying tires should go through an alignment every 12k miles. At any point, my tire replacement is March would have warranted an alignment. To my understanding that was not done, nor was it mentioned. Fastforward to my most recent oil change 07/28/25, my rear tire (brand new in November) had a tread depth of 1, and all of the other tires were at a 4. When I questioned about how this could happen, I was told I should have received an alignment. And the tire wore itself out because it was not aligned when the new tire was applied. This also was never told to me. I have always gotten service done when suggested, an alignment was not suggested. Its unfortunate that I have been punished for trusting the dealership to keep me informed on matters dealing with my car. If dealing with cars was my field of study, I would never allow customers to be mis-informed, or neglected all together. On top of that the communication between service tech and me as a customer was poor as well. Miscommunication, and the lack of immediate responses was horrible. Each time, I reached out to find what was going on with my vehicle. I was told a couple hours, it would take, no one called to give an update. I had to call. Even when being processed in, on my initial arrival, after 15 min of waiting I approached the counter to be processed for I was on the verge of missing my next scheduled appointment. When Patrick was my advisor, I never went through a lack of quality care. I hate he is no longer with the company. I go to BMW, because of the luxury care, the luxury brand, and what they stand for. I expected better. Im looking for a different company to service my tires. More

The folks in the service area were very kind and listened to my concerns both before and after my car was serviced. Everything was explained thoroughly in my service notes and potential items to be aware of to my concerns both before and after my car was serviced. From the beginning since I’ve purchase my car. The people there are nice, but what salesman aren’t? They want to make you think you’re their friend or will do what ever it takes to make you happy The people there are nice, but what salesman aren’t? From the times I needed towing from a flat tire. To the tow guy breaking some parts on my car and barons bmw upper people tells the people working with me, (trying to resolve my problem) to not help me or get into it. so from there I had no clue what to do. Especially when ever you have problems or wanting help they are not willing to call back. From dropping my car off to get my tires fixed through warranty and windshield. Called and texted all the above asking them to call me back for more information on what I can do. It doesn’t matter who and how many message I would leave for someone to call me back. They haven’t once called me back. For my windshield it would be 2-3 months of contacting them. So I just had to make an appointment to come in. Once I arrived for my appointment I spoke to a very nice man name Andrew saying that my windshield isn’t going to be covered under warranty. The cracked line in my windshield have been bothering me from the glare from the sun and it hurts so I wanted get it replaced asap. To find out if I our windshield crack is over 6 inches and you don’t have prove of it being less than 6inches than warranty is useless. From what I know a crack windshield is a crack windshield. So I don’t get it. Sold me a bunch of the same warranty so be careful they really don’t give a xxx about you. I see different management come and go at this place. Ive being going to this place for servicing since day one. Heard BMW south treats you better but never went because I thought I like Barrons bmw.From the experience from the beginning my first experience with them is me trying to buy a Supra but the judged my friend on how he looked so we walked away from the sale.to now I gave them another try and bought a G80 M3 .It’s not very consistent or professional. It’s been a year of this. So if you’re buying a car from this place I wish you the best luck. I hope they take care of you better than you what they been doing for me. It could also be my age. More
