The new Town & Country price required some negotiating, but we feel the final price was the same or better than what other dealers had offered. Foremost, we appreciated their honesty and their low pressure sales approach. They didn't say things just to make a sale or promise things that they couldn't deliver. We ordered a unique feature (more comfortable second row seats), and the car salesperson got the answers we needed and didn't simply tell us what we wanted to hear. We really appreciated the new car expedited delivery. We needed a new car to go on an extended driving vacation, and we had delayed our car purchase decision to just nine weeks before the trip. When we couldn't find exactly what we wanted through a local search of available new cars, we were concerned that we wouldn't be able to order exactly what we wanted from the factory and have it delivered prior to our trip. The salespeople said that they couldn't make any promises, but through their own experience, they gave us an honest probability of getting it delivered prior to our trip. Even though there was some risk of not getting it on-time, we ordered the new car. The dealer apparently made an extra effort to get the car expedited through manufacturing. We received updates on the manufacturing status from Chrysler, and as it turned-out, we got our new car in less than five weeks. We were very impressed with the response of the dealer and Chrysler in getting us the car we wanted in plenty of time before our vacation. All of the salespeople and associates were very professional. They reviewed all of the new features on the Town & Country when we picked it up. They even helped pair our cell phones to the car system. All the salespeople and associates were also very friendly. Our primary salesperson even recommended places to eat on our vacation. We would definitely buy a car through this dealer in the future. More

Everyone was terrific and I could not be happier with my purchase. I actually stopped in Bloomington first because it is closer to where I live.
