My son and I purchase all our vehicles at Barkers. They are fair during the purchase process and we are treated very well when servicing our vehicles. On my last vehicle purchase I had to request switching finance reps after the first one made the grave mistake of mistaking my kindness for a weakness. In general GM needs to improve their new vehicle tracking process. Customers who are spending many thousands of dollars on a new vehicle should be extended the simple courtesy of being able to track their vehicles in the system. My sales rep and manager tries, but GM really needs to get with the program. Otherwise I'm extremely pleased with Barker and their staff. Great people! More
