When a time is agreed upon for service, it needs to be followed. A customer sitting there for an extra 2-3 hours (and proper work still not completed) is unacceptable. I had a great experience. Dwayne is first class all the way and could not be any friendlier. He goes above and beyond to make sure your experience is satisfactory.
