I made an appointment to get my back break pads replaced on Saturday, March 16, 2024 at 9:00am. I checked in when I got there and they took my vehicle. About 10 minutes later the service guy came and told on Saturday, March 16, 2024 at 9:00am. I checked in when I got there and they took my vehicle. About 10 minutes later the service guy came and told us the part was not ordered and I would have to bring it back on another day. Did they not check that the part was not there???? Not very impressed or happy. Now I have to make another trip to the dealership when the part comes in. More

My car was in the body shop for almost 2 months. Not once did they call to update me on the status of my vehicle. I had to call several times to get information. Once my car was completed, I came in to pay for the repairs. They did not inform me of a service charge when I asked before I came for pickup if they took credit card as a payment. I asked if I could come in the next day to pay by check and get a refund on my credit card. They said that they would find out and call me back. Of course, I had to call twice before I was told that I could not. I wished someone would have informed me of the service charge which was $300! More

Normal oil change tire rotation and requested that my bed cover get adjusted since it hasn't functioned properly since it was installed, which I purchased it from and had it installed by GMC. Since May 2020, cover get adjusted since it hasn't functioned properly since it was installed, which I purchased it from and had it installed by GMC. Since May 2020, the bed cover randomly opens on its own. First they wanted to charge me to fix it even though it hasn't worked properly since I bought it and had it installed, then I was told the service manager adjusted it for me and literally the next day it opened by itself again, so 2 stars is good based off this experience. More
