I had a fabulous experience at Barker Buick GMC Cadillac. The service techs were polite and professional. When I was walking to the customer lounge the shuttle driver asked if I would like a cup of coffee! W The service techs were polite and professional. I went in for routine maintenance and the experience was great as usual. I was greeted promptly and they were ready to take the vehicle. He is always open with communication and will check with the service department to make sure that all of my work is being done. Jon is everything you want in a sales person and then some. My issue comes from the actual service department. We dealt with Rick, who is nice enough and can get the work done. However, you could tell that he is overwhelmed. He had no communication with us and put our vehicle off for a few days which made it take longer than we were told it would. If there had been more communication about the wait the service would have rated higher for us. At the moment, however, they are pushing to get a 3. More
Appraisal of 2012 AWD GMC Terrain. My KBB price garuntee was quoted at 8400 dollars cash value. This dealership reached out to me to buy my vehicle. So I went there and had it appraised My KBB price garuntee was quoted at 8400 dollars cash value. This dealership reached out to me to buy my vehicle. So I went there and had it appraised by a Mr Meads, he test drove it and claimed that although the power steering rack was ok now it will have to be replaced in the future. This knocking the price down nearly 2400 dollars. I researched cost of one, 186 dollars. This is a very dishonest dealership and would not buy anything from them. I wasted a trip out there upon their request. Thanks wasting my gas money! More
