Each time I call Brian or Bill with an issue both of them work quickly to find a way to fix my problem. They always try to work around my schedule to make sure getting my vehicle serviced there is as conve work quickly to find a way to fix my problem. Brought car in for fix and paid for something that didn't fix the problem. Now they want me to bring it back and pay again in the hopes that they diagnosis it correctly this time. I bought a terrain about 11 month ago. 3 days after I got it, it was smoking bad! They came and picked up my car and "fixed it" 2 days after them i sent a video to an employee stating my c 3 days after I got it, it was smoking bad! They came and picked up my car and "fixed it" 2 days after them i sent a video to an employee stating my car still wasn't fixed. They came and got it again and it needed the motor replaced. That was a roller coaster of emotions. Fast forwards to August I reached out that there was a noise in my car and it needed looked at again. I take my car there pay the diagnose fee and them stating it should be fixed. I got right outside of town and the same noise was still there. I took it back they fixed it again but also found it was leaking oil. I expressed to a manager that I havent had this car a year and this is the 2nd MAJOR issue with it. I expressed again I was only buying a newer car because i needed something RELIABLE to get my children to their sporting events. They were going to "run numbers" and get back to me. Turns out I just got a call to come pick up my car. After I asked questions then it was "theres nothing we can do your car isnt worth whats owed" The orginal receipt was taken out of my car I never received it back or the receipt to show what was done the second time. I was also supposed to be called to go over extended warranty options at cost "because thats all we can offer" Here we are a month later still no receipts and still no phone call to discuss warranty options. Once they make the sale, it seems the customer doesnt matter anymore. More
