AWFUL Customer service... went there wanting to look at Jeep Cherokee Latitudes. I drove and walked the lot for quite awhile before a serviceman was parking a jeep that I want went there wanting to look at Jeep Cherokee Latitudes. I drove and walked the lot for quite awhile before a serviceman was parking a jeep that I wanted to look at. He went and got a salesman, Brent Searcy, that just stood in the doorway and looked at me as I walked to meet him instead of him coming out to meet me. As I approached him he said nothing but stared at me. Finally he introduced himself and asked "what you looking at?" I said I wanted to look at 2018 Jeep Cherokee Latitudes. He then took me to his desk and just started pulling up pictures online of them. I asked if we could go physically look at one and he said "sure, I guess, what one did you want to look at?" I said the one that one of the men were just parking. His attitude the whole time was like he didn't want to help me find the right vehicle, or help me at all! I wanted to trade in my current vehicle and know what I could get for it and he just gave me a random quote from the internet without going and looking at my car. I asked him to look at it and he ignored me. Eventually we went to the lot and looked at a jeep, he just opened it up and said there you go. He did not explain or go over anything about the vehicle and never asked me if I wanted to drive one, which I don't know how many people buy a 25-30 thousand dollar item with out testing it out... he said well if you're really interested then I guess I will email you the information about the vehicle. We walked back inside and he handed me a note pad and said here write your email. I have never received any information from them. Such poor customer service!! I would never go back nor recommend anyone to purchase from this dealership. The receptionist didn't even say hello or good bye. I felt like I was a burden with being there. More

Before we left home, we had decided what a "fair" trade would be. The salesman was not like the typical used car salesman. He was very accommodating and came up with a fair agreement. We puchased the vehicle very easily. As we were leaving, the owner came out to talk with us. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a vehicle at a fair price! More
The quality of customer service was terrific and detailed. By way of several phone calls with questions, all my (our) concerns were answered easily and fully. The closing experience with paperwork, service contract, etc. was friendly and complete. If I were an educator, I would provide a grade of A plus. As Mr. Martin says, "unbelievable."
