I have to set up an appointment for my vehicle to be serviced, one time three weeks out and usually two weeks out. This is scheduled for the date and time of day. I move other things around so I can keep the appointment time with Barber Ford. Twice my appointment time has been ignored and moved to a later time in the day without being notified of the change. I feel that when an appointment time is scheduled the service department should keep to the scheduled appointment time. Also I when I have had my last two oil changes I have had oil dripping for the frame. I feel that the oil should be wiped off the frame when to oil change is completed. This would save drips on the garage floor and I would not have to crawl under my vehicle to clean up the excess oil. More

Not super happy with the service this time. I specifically told them not to rotate tires as winter tires and they couldn't find the lock to get them off. My truck was in an accident and Barber Ford is the only place that went out of there way to me taken care of. I have a lifted F-250 Superduty and nobody accommodate my truck.
