Service once again was not spot on. Missed request (which I pay in monthly payment to have done - even receive texts about service), didn’t return message ( transferred to everyone but person requested), did I pay in monthly payment to have done - even receive texts about service), didn’t return message ( transferred to everyone but person requested), didn’t wash vehicle. I realize it’s winter, but vehicle was there for two days and if infusion was applied it would have been inside for an hour, enough time not to freeze after wash. Scammed me Asked them to check my tires and told me my brakes were needing fixed. I brought it back to them immediately and got told “sometimes it does that” when none of those lights had ever come on before. More
