Worst Dealer Ever! Really sketchy and lies about warranties. I drove from Grand Rapids to purchase their 2016 Ford Transit-350 XLT, Vin number: 1FBZX2CG1GKA11213. I was shocked at closer inspection to find a I drove from Grand Rapids to purchase their 2016 Ford Transit-350 XLT, Vin number: 1FBZX2CG1GKA11213. I was shocked at closer inspection to find a rusted drywall screw holding on the driver-side rear fender, the driver side lower trim piece completely flapping, dents, scratches that were not disclosed. Worse than that, they played dumb on these issues, even though they have had it for over 4 months and have been driving it as their personal shuttle bus. Specifically, it was Ben Kleis who was wonderfully helpful on the phone, but once I got there in person he acted as if he never knew the issues. He did share how much the employees used it for personal use, and even bragged that their use of it was a "good thing" because it would mean it had been taken care of, which it wasn't. But then he switched to pressure sales when he realized I wasn't buying it. Be warned. More

We purchased the first 150 in 2010 when the salesman gave us a better price on the same vehicle than 2 other dealerships. We returned to Barber Ford knowing that we were going to be treated honestly. We have not used their service department except for oil changes as we have not experienced any problems. More

New to Leasing - Great Experience My wife & I had a great sales experience at Barber. We went in with the idea to purchase a Ford Edge but were unsure of which model, engine or buying My wife & I had a great sales experience at Barber. We went in with the idea to purchase a Ford Edge but were unsure of which model, engine or buying option to exercise. Pete, our sales rep, was outstanding walking us through the choices. After test driving two different Edge vehicles to determine suitability of the 2.0L versus 3.5L engines, we chose the former although we found neither to be wanting. Upon deciding model and engine configuration we faced the purchasing decision. Originally our thought was to purchase outright but after weighing the options and seeing the dollar pros and cons with Pete, we choice to lease. Randy in finance also did an excellent none pressure job going over the various leasing options. All in all, my wife and I had an outstanding first experience with this dealer and look forward to doing business with Pete and the rest of the team in the upcoming years. More
