Matt Bol is an excellent salesperson, I found him to be very straightforward and he provided all the information I needed to make a purchasing decision. Recommend for sales, service is an issue. Bluetooth was not working in the truck when we purchased, service tried to fix it the night we bought the truck, that was 45 minutes. I then had to scheduled another appointment to bring it back in, that was 3.5 hours, still no fix, they decided they needed to order a new part. Scheduled another appointment, was never called when the part came in, so I finally called and the response was oh yes it's here, took the truck in again another 2 hours, this time the I heard this is a bad part they sent us have to order another one. Each time I have to take off from my job plus it's a 45 minute drive to get to Barber. We now have another appointment scheduled for August 8, once again taking time off from work, we can only hope this part works if not Barber may be getting this truck back and getting us a different one. More
