Great sales experience I was in the market for a new SUV for my wife as her edge lease was about up. The salesman Zach Eno worked tirelessly with me for over a week by looking into every possible discount or rebate that was available to me. Great experience overall. More

Excellent experience at Barber Ford I moved to the west side of the state ( Norton Shores) in the fall of 2018 and dealt with Preferred Ford in Grand Haven and Barber Ford in Holland. I I moved to the west side of the state ( Norton Shores) in the fall of 2018 and dealt with Preferred Ford in Grand Haven and Barber Ford in Holland. I quickly came to appreciate the staff at Barber Ford, both in the service dept. and new car sales. Matt Bol is an excellent salesperson, I found him to be very straightforward and he provided all the information I needed to make a purchasing decision. Delivery of the vehicle was great, and Matt spent time reviewing all the features of the car, and even synced our phones up for us. Great people, great service, I will go there for all my vehicle needs. More

Recommend for sales, service is an issue. Bluetooth was not working in the truck when we purchased, service tried to fix it the night we bought the truck, that was 45 minutes. I then had to scheduled another appointment to bring it back in, that was 3.5 hours, still no fix, they decided they needed to order a new part. Scheduled another appointment, was never called when the part came in, so I finally called and the response was oh yes it's here, took the truck in again another 2 hours, this time the I heard this is a bad part they sent us have to order another one. Each time I have to take off from my job plus it's a 45 minute drive to get to Barber. We now have another appointment scheduled for August 8, once again taking time off from work, we can only hope this part works if not Barber may be getting this truck back and getting us a different one. More
