The vehicle I just purchased was used and had some issues that they said would only be a few days to fix. It took 2 weeks to complete. Then when the vehicle was delivered to me it was filthy on the inside. H that they said would only be a few days to fix. It took 2 weeks to complete. Then when the vehicle was delivered to me it was filthy on the inside. How do you not turn over a vehicle in the best possible condition to a customer that just spent thousands of dollars with you. Then when I get it there is a crack in the sunroof. Still haven't heard from the guy I'm told is the owner because he was out sick. The service and communication about the service was completely unprofessional and not at all focused on delivering a product or experience the customer would want to share in a positive way. Really sad since I love the vehicle I picked out and drove over an hour and half to see and purchase. More

The only 2 negatives were that they pushed the safety package that we felt was not needed, and when the car was serviced for CPO they did not check the tires and the pressure was between 7 and 10 # low. Hope they did not miss anything else. We paid more than what we had anticipated but this vehicle was worth it. More

While in Holland the other day, the issue was occuring, so I stopped at the dealership. The service advisor, Jake, got one the technicians, Russ to ride with me. Russ diagnosed the problem and Jake got my truck in right then and had it fixed the next morning since I had to travel to Ludington. A courtesy driver, Vern, drove me home to Grand Haven and John picked me up the next morning. Both Vern and John were really shining examples of customer service. Barber Ford is the best dealership I have ever worked with and would recommend them to anyone.THEY ARE THE BEST!! More
