Service department is way understaffed. Took three trips to make the necessary repairs to correct a relatively minor issue. Seems like they don't have enough techs to do the work. Service department is so understaffed with mechanics that they can't even service a vehicle for days! Plenty of salespeople and service writers but always have to schedule an appointment for service then wa they can't even service a vehicle for days! I always have to arrange my own transportation. Apparently courtesy rides are only done at their convenience and not the customer's. More
