I had a very good experience with the service department. I was checked in quickly and they didn't waste any time pulling my truck into the garage. Brought my Chevrolet 3500 in for an oil change during the busy week prior to July 4th. The staff was very accommodating and when I needed a ride to a local business the courtesy shuttle was quick and extrem busy week prior to July 4th. The staff was very accommodating and when I needed a ride to a local business the courtesy shuttle was quick and extremely convenient. The courtesy shuttle driver was extremely pleasant and when I needed to be picked up, she quickly responded and drove me back to Banks. Only thing I would change, is if you are going to vacuum, quickly hitting the seats would be nice. Overall excellent service. More
