Banks Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC - Service Center

My wife and I recently had our vehicle repaired at Banks. It was our first time there. We where greeted by a valet, who then directed us to your service dept. There we where helped by Linda Falbo. The technician diagnosed it as a left front wheel bearing. While it was there, they also preformed routine maintenance, transmission and cooling system. Linda kept us informed through out the day on the status of our vehicle, which was covered under warranty. It was a 5 star visit, and we will definitely be back. Went in for grease /oil change last Wednesday and to have someone check on why my engine light was on. I was told I would have to make a service appointment for that. I was somewhat reassured when I wa have someone check on why my engine light was on. I was told I would have to make a service appointment for that. I was somewhat reassured when I was told it was probably a sensor issue and I should be ok. However it is disappointing because I am concerned about a breakdown and also the next available service appointment was not until September 7th. which is over a week away , and there is no guarantee it can be fixed then - might not have the parts etc. Thar would means another appointment. Otherwise service was fine. More
