I’ve been a customer of Banks for 6yrs and bring all 3 of my cars up there and have been happy until now. I brought my 2016 Suburban LTZ up to replace the transmission (through a warranty not bought through my cars up there and have been happy until now. I brought my 2016 Suburban LTZ up to replace the transmission (through a warranty not bought through Banks) the work was completed on November 1st I was not able to pick up my car until November 10th, the warranty companies acknowledgment of the repair is the promise to pay, why was I made to wait. This is unacceptable, and very poor customer service. More
