Took my 2500 HD Denali in for 50,000 mile service and e brake issue. The brake shoes were completely worn out metal to metal. It was not covered by the extended warranty because they could not identify w brake issue. The brake shoes were completely worn out metal to metal. It was not covered by the extended warranty because they could not identify what electrical part could have caused the all electric emergency brakes from releasing totally. All electric not mechanical so there was no mistake on my part. $1600 ouch. Other than that great service as always More

Little things like vacuuming and washing the vehicle Might not seem like a big deal, but when you find a service department that is so customer oriented and take such great care of your vehicle you forgo those free services for quality service.
