First time here for service on my Acadia. Their service department runs like a well-oiled machine. The person who checked me in and helped me during my wait was very nice and accommodating. The waiting area was the most clean and comfortable I have ever been in. The cafe is a great idea. Restrooms were spotless. The only reason I gave them four stars and not five is because I waited three hours for them to find out what the diagnosis was for my car. The parts were not in stock and it will take 7 to 10 days for them to come in so I will need to go back. More

An oil change or two ago I was told that my vehicle was in the lot directly outside but it ended up being behind the building across the street. I went in without an appointment for an oil change and a rotation. They had me in and out in a timely fashion. One hour and 15 minutes. I was on the road.
