I had by Cadillac serviced on 6-14-24, I had my brakes replaced. My experience was very professional and so was the service. I would recommend that the TV in the waiting room be more selective, My experience took about 3+ hours and watching 3 hours of infomercials for 3 hour was mind boggling and boring. Please consider changing the TV to something local so there is at least a variety of shows and news. Thank you Banks for another pleasant experience. More
