I explained it was "wobbling" we figured i needed the tires balanced. They got my car in while I waited in the very comfortable waiting area. With cushy couches, tv and coffee. When they realized the problem was the axle shaft they got to work right away. They automatically checked into the warranty, no flaming hoops to jump through or questions asked. Knowing I was short on time they quickly got me into a loaner car and sent me on my way. All completely free of charge. I got my car back the next day wobble free. Thank you Banks Chevrolet! More

Very satisfied that I chose Banks Chevrolet to service my Caynon. The service rep. was very helpful on explaining about a vehicle inspection. Service has always been good. They communicate as much as they can when you are waiting. The waiting area is the most comfortable waiting area I've ever been in. Another great bonus is they wash and vacuum your car when they are complete and that's my favorite part at the end of my visit! More
I am completely DISSATISFIED with the service that I have received from Bank's Chevrolet. The sales person quickly showed me some of the features of the vehicle, including pairing my phone to the vehicle and received from Bank's Chevrolet. As soon as I got home and turned the vehicle off, the phone unpairs from the vehicle and will not reconnect. I need to forget the device from the vehicle as well as forget the vehicle from my phone and start the pair process from the beginning every time the vehicle is turned off. I called the sales person and they gave me a couple of things to try, which did not work. I had multiple calls with the sales person, which turned out to be a waste of time. Finally he said he would have service call me to set up an appointment to get it fixed. I waited for a week.... and no call from service. So I had to call him again to get the appointment set up. The service department said they could provide a loaner vehicle since I live 45 minutes away. They called me the day before my appointment and canceled it because they did not reserve a loaner vehicle for me. They just said that one was not available. So we had to set up another appointment. I got a call that afternoon from the service department. He made it sound like it was an User error and it was my fault because I did not set up a User Profile in the vehicle. I found that odd, because neither the sales person, the service department or the user manual ever mentioned that as a potential problem. So I went back to the dealership to pick up my vehicle, which they did not do anything to. I asked the service person if he could go through setting up a User Profile with me, since I was already there and that is what they said the problem was. He seemed reluctant to help and then he admitted that he does not know how to set up a user profile. He did finally get in the vehicle with me and tried to stumble through it. To set up a user profile you need to be on WiFi. The sales person could not connect to the dealership Wifi.... he didn't even know the password. He went to check on the password and then had multiple additional failed attempts to connect. A message kept popping up which tried to get you to sign up for OnStar (which is very annoying by the way). He finally told me that you cannot set up a User Profile without having an active OnStar account, which did not sound right to me. I said to him..... are you telling me that I cannot have my phone stayed paired to my vehicle, if I don't have an active OnStar account? He said....Yes.. that's what I am saying. He then tried to rush me out as quickly as possible. Very disappointed that I just wasted the whole day and the problem was still not fixed....and pretty sure that the service guy was making it up because he did not know what he was talking about. So I drove back home and pulled into my driveway. I decided I would try to connect to my Home WiFi and see if I can set up a User Profile. I was able to connect to my Home WiFi network AND set a User Profile, without having an active OnStar account, so the service guy lied to me. It turns out not having a User Profile had nothing to do with it. I now have a User Profile set up and I still have the same issue. More
Banks used to be a great dealership. It seems as though they have forgotten about how they became a great dealership...the customer. I called them on July 31st to schedule an appointment. They said they would check for the parts and call me back, which they did. They said they had the parts in stock and it would cost $330 to do the job and scheduled me for the 9th. The service adviser called me on the 9th to verify the job and said he would call back when he got my truck in and had a chance to verify the work. I was finally able to reach him at 3:00. He advised me that they did not have the parts on hand and that the they could work me in next week. The job was now going to cost $1400. Why did I have an appt if they had no plan to do the job and how could the estimate be that far off. I also had asked them to check the rear to see if it needed pm'd or a repair. They never looked at the rear. I checked the bolt and they never opened it to check the fluid. I told them they could not keep my truck over the weekend. They said they would have the manager call me back, which he has not and charged me $82 to not do anything that I asked. More
