10/11/2024 I rook by Buick Tour X into Banks' Basic Service on 10/9. Upon arrival i was told it would be a 3 hour wait. No problem; i came prepared with my lap top and had plenty to do in that period Service on 10/9. Upon arrival i was told it would be a 3 hour wait. At the desk I was informed that I had rewards points which would help cover the cost of oil change, tire rotation etc. + I had 5 coupons from previous oil change services. Technician identified dirty cabin filter and recommended change which would be done immediately. All was completed sooner than I expected for a reasonable charge. + car was washed!
