My wife & I were into Banks on 4/12/2025 just to browse at New GMC Acadia's, we had no official appointment or real intentions of getting into a new vehicle that day. We met Hanna McNeil; we were honest to her with stating we were just in the preliminary stages of shopping, Hanna was great and taking the time to sit with us to discuss what we were looking into, it was not the best weather that day as it was snowing, she took the time clean off the vehicles we were interested in so we could look them over, we found the car we liked and from there the process began, it had been 8yrs since purchasing our last Acadia, needless to say my wife & I were not in to reality of vehicle cost today, Hanna worked hours with us to get us to an agreement to purchase our new Acadia that day, I kept saying to her I apologize for taking her time as there were many other customers in the showroom that were looking to I'm sure purchase, as stated we were in sticker shock so it was time consuming to make it all work, Hanna was very professional always saying this is my job is to help get you in to your new ride and you're not wasting my time.
