Having read numerous reviews and hearing many owner stories, my personal excitment grew steadily as I drove into the Banks lot. I was floored by the large inventory. I exited my car and to my delight, I was immediately greeted by a salesman. I was just looking for a simple, "hello" and miracouosly I received one. Moments later after window peeking in the lot, I learned that a few of my personal friends worked for this company. It made me feel less senecal about the auto industry/dealerships.
