Just purchased a used vehicle from Banks. Worked with Keith Mello. Keith was very friendly, not a pushy salesperson. Answered all my questions, making thee process was very smooth. One the finance dpt wasn't very helpful. I mentioned I was shopping around for the best interest rate and I got ballpark answers if I financed through Banks. No hard data. Instated I got "interest rates from most banks are about #%". That made me look elsewhere for financing. And I did get a better deal from an outside bank. Two, when I picked up the truck it wasn't fully clean. Yes they gave it a once over in and out. But when I got it home I found napkins and other items in the center console and glove box. Very minor, but I feel like when making a major purchase like this it should be spotless. More

I noticed on this basic service they have become even more efficient. They now have two service writers solely dedicated to basic service. I was given a round paging device to let me know when my truck was ready. It’s truly the best Service Departments I’ve ever been to. More
