Always great customer service when ever we go to Banister Nissan Norfolk. Car salesman Jean Castel sold me 2 cars and 1 truck. He is considerate and very passionate about making sure his customers receive the best customer service experience as well as Dominic Harper in the Service Department. Dominic is also is a great kindhearted man who loves to make his customers proud of the service that they receives while the customer is receiving maintenance to their cars. Dissatisfied with service they had my car since 5/31/22 and its now 6/17/22 and car is still not fix, they were waiting on a part which came in on 6/7/22 and as of today 6/17/22 the part is missing a part and its now 6/17/22 and car is still not fix, they were waiting on a part which came in on 6/7/22 and as of today 6/17/22 the part is missing a part and now i have to wait another week for my car. Reach out to the service manager several times left msg on vm and he still has not called me back. I ask if they could provided me a loaner car and the response was, they don't have any. At this point I just want my car back so I can take it to a efficient shop with efficient staff that can or who has exceptional manpower to fix my care More
