I felt that he treated me like a close family friend from the start and the rest of the staff far exceeded my expectations. The General Manager is a fair and nice business man. Stacey the finance manager is spectacular as well. Please forgive me as I cannot recall the name of the woman that handles the vehicle protection process, but I know that she was very knowledgable and professional. I am 100% satisfied with the staff, product, and value for my money. On a side note, I replaced the Mass Airflow Sensor in my 99 Maxima GLE and have done some other essential maintenance. I just returned from emergency leave in Greenville, South Carolina and got 31.35 miles per gallon. I originally contemplated trading my beloved Maxima in, but I bought the service manual and have it running far better than ever with a zero to 60 in 8.15 seconds. I plan on getting at least 300,000 miles out of it. In closing, Nissan is a superior automobile, the staff at Charles Barker Nissan are knowledgable about their product, friendly and professional.
