I have a 2013 Xterra, and the rear wiper arm was torn off in a car wash. I tried to fix it myself but was unable to remove the broken part from the rear window. He came over and asked me what was going on. I explain the situation, he said hold on. He went to the shop, brought out the tools and a mechanic and fixed the problem within ten minutes, and didn't charge me. This is excellent customer service. You now have a new customer, I will bring my Xterra to Banister Nissan for now on.. Thank You More
