I dropped my car off at 9 am for an oil change and went home. I never received a call to say my car was ready, by the time I realized I didn't get a call they were closed. I called in the morning to get the car and the person on the phone said I believe it's ready. When I arrived the service rep said my fleet company recommended a brake check, it seems to me that would have been done yesterday since they had it the entire day. I get in the car & the plastic & foot paper are still there. I won't be returning for bad service. More
