My interaction started when my local Ford dealer reached out to them4 times to make a dealer to dealer trade for a 2024 leftover (2026 models available for ordering) and they didnt have the professional co out to them4 times to make a dealer to dealer trade for a 2024 leftover (2026 models available for ordering) and they didnt have the professional courtesy to even respond. I then reached out to speak to a sales rep, Jasmine, who led on that she worked at the dealership and I would be dealing with her directly. I scheduled an appointment and drove 4.5 hours to the dealership. .I confirmed that Jasmine would be working and that the truck was still available.Upon arriving, there was no Jasmine (she works in a call cente) and they didnt have the decency to wash the truck or even clean the delivery litter out of it (after all it was only on their lot for 2 years). We checked it out and were willing to buy it if they agreed to upgrade the headrests to adjustable as the stationary, stock ones were not functional or comfortable. The sales manager Diggs agreed and we went in to do the deal. 2.5 hours later we were introduced to the F&I guy who couldnt provide an accurate deal sheet and had to try 3x to get to a price. We were told a few gays later that he was fired wheb we were being told that he misquoted the bank rate and oversold us a warranty. After ANOTHER hour, the truck was brought out of prep & wash in the same disgustingly dirty condition it started in. The super sales manager Claudio sent it back and had the salesperson go to McDonalds and buy us a Big Mac because it was going to be ANOTHER hour. He then got in his car and left while we waited some more. After 5 hours on a deal that should have been done in1.5-2, we headed home in the rain for the 4.5 hour trip. I have had to reach out to Digg, Claudio and the General Manager David Cosby who has zero respect for his customers and would probably be better suited managing the McDonalds our dinner came from (although they probably have a higher standard of customer service and wouldnt keep him for long), every few days to check on the headrests. Each of these men promised open communications and provided none. David is good at one, thing, excuses. I received a set of headrests with NO covers and they acted like it was my fault that their parts department didnt get it right. I would give them less than 1 star but that isnt an option STAY AWAY from this non-caring dealership until Dan Banister hires some people who actually care. More
I was in the process of buying a pre-owned 2024 Mitsubishi Mirage G4 from this dealer. I was preapproved and ready to pay, however the general sales manager, Claudio Goedhart, sent me two deal shee Mitsubishi Mirage G4 from this dealer. I was preapproved and ready to pay, however the general sales manager, Claudio Goedhart, sent me two deal sheets with incorrect information. One had the mileage wrong and I asked him to correct it. He took awhile, but finally sent me another sheet. This time, he had included the cost of an extra warranty in my financed amount - a warranty that I had explicitly told him I did not want. I asked him to correct that and he stopped responding to me. Mind you, this all took place over the course of half a day or longer. I left him messages which he didn’t respond to and yet the car was still showing as available on their website. The next day I left him more messages and he still ignored me. That evening, the car was gone from their site. I suspected that someone had bought it with the warranty and that I had been ignored and disregarded so they could make an extra $2-3k of profit. I sent an email to David Cosby, the General Manager and he told me that the car had been purchased by someone who walked in who didn’t buy the warranty, they just completed the paperwork and paid more quickly. An opportunity that Claudio cost me with his incompetent and rude behavior by continually sending me incorrect deal sheets (purposely?) I am not at all sure that Mr. Cosby told me the whole truth either. He responded by offering me another older car with more mileage for the same price and was unwilling to negotiate. Bottom line: don’t do business with these people. More
My first time at Bannister Ford, since Sheehy ford. Took my SUV to get diagnostic and is now waiting for the part, however, there was a miscommunication with the Service Advisor, re pick up instruction Took my SUV to get diagnostic and is now waiting for the part, however, there was a miscommunication with the Service Advisor, re pick up instructions on the vehicle, Ms. Diaz, with her pleasantness, she stated it was a 100% her fault and went beyond of duty to make it right immediately! Kudos for her fast service in making it right. That was good customer service! We need more customer service and patience! More
I kept calling for updates and it took days to finally get someone to tell me the status of my car just to let me know that they could not figure out what was wrong. The staff was friendly. However, they were so determined to sell me a car that they were not listening. I asked several times if there were any other options.....The wait time was tremedous just to leave unhappy. Yes I have a car and YES it looks just like the car I had SMH. I would have appreciated a better car buying experience especially since I was so close to paying off my trade in. Listen to the car without focusing on the sell and you will definitely get 5 star ratings becuase you are all very nice. But nice is not enough if the client is unhappy The young lady in finance was awesome. She listened to me and stayed within the context of my needs More
