From the moment I took a seat at her desk, and provided her with a brief description of what I was looking for, she was able to narrow down what type of vehicle I was looking for and in no time at all, I was able to see that vehicle. Ms. Bradley was an expert in explaining the new features of the 2012 Ford Escape to me, including all the software and technological enhancements and features especially the "Sync" feature which she demonstrated to me with precision.
