Charles Lynch helped me get the vehicle and answered all my questions when I got it. A very nice, polite and experienced salesman. No pressures and let me make the decision. I've changed the oil regularly. Had some mishaps and fender benders over the years but not issues with the engine at all. Had to get an axel replaced but that was due to the WV potholes not the vehicle. Still rolling and hope to get another 200,000. It's a great engine and has been a great purchase. More

Nightmare Bought new Toyota Rav4 May 2015. Sales went fine just buy and pay. Had tire balanceing problem first looked at July 2015, now after 3 visits is 10-3 Bought new Toyota Rav4 May 2015. Sales went fine just buy and pay. Had tire balanceing problem first looked at July 2015, now after 3 visits is 10-31-2015 and no results. Tires are simply out of round and need replacing. I called Toyo tire warranty and they said no problem to replace them have dealership call.....go figure. One service manager who no longer works there drove another new Rav4 and said the vehicle was "operating as designed" and my response was to advertise new Rav4's telling new customers that all Rav4's have a vibration between 70 and 75 mph (old service manager indicated that Toyota can't talk about problems over 70 mph because it's over WV speed limit, ha) therefore they can't be sold in states like Wyoming where the speed limit is 85 mph. Sure glad it isn't an engine problem, I would be walking everywhere. More
