He let me take the Rav4 on my own and try it out. They were very professional from start to end. Manny the finance director will do everything he can to help you! I know that it seems like everything is more expensive as of late but they worked with me within my budget and what I could comfortably afford. Also the Toyota warranty package is bar none the best I’ve heard of. I work for AAA and triage car break downs everyday. We don’t get many calls for Toyotas. something catastrophic. Usually just wear and tear items. But all in all an absolute awesome experience would definitely purchase and get service there again. More

Gave Karen a 500$ deposit for a new car. We decided, given the current economic situation, that we would not go forward with the purchase and requested a refund. Never received the refund. Had to call, placed on hold for an inordinate amount of time, called CC company and put the charge in dispute. Do not do business with this dealership. There are many others with better reviews that will love to take your money! More
I am writing this out of pure shock. My mother went in to purchase her new car and everything up to the point of sitting in the office was normal. She sat down with Emmanuel Avgoutakis to get the paperwork to bring to her bank. He strong armed her and said she HAD to finance through the dealership or she could not buy her car. She left his office and spoke to another manager at the front desk who said she DID NOT have to finance through them. My mother came home in tears! Thank you Balise for showing your true colors, you have lost any of this family’s future business. How dare you take advantage of an elderly woman like that. More
Nice & clean service department and nice people but everyone does what they need to. Nobody will go the extra mile to help if you have any health conditions that holds you back from having the car serv everyone does what they need to. Just found out when we went to trade in my wife’s car we purchased from Balise that the vehicle had been in an accident and the airbag had been deployed. This is my second bad experience purchasing a vehicl purchased from Balise that the vehicle had been in an accident and the airbag had been deployed. My experience was overall easy and positive. I saw the vehicle on Cars.com, a 2016 Prius with 50k miles. Setting up a test drive was easy, and I was given plenty of time to take a leisurely 20 minutes, hit the interstate, and return. I was really happy with the car and had made up my mind to buy it. Again, everything from then to when I drove away with the car a couple of days later was easy and pleasant. I really liked working with Karen. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I think I paid a little more than I should have. The car has some dings on the left rear passenger door that should have lowered the asking price more. I was told there was no haggling. Maybe so. Maybe it's on me for not walking at that point. But, in the end, I'm really happy with the car. As an owner of a 2009 Prius previously, I know how incredibly reliable these cars are and, at the same time, the difference between 2009 and 2016 is like night and day in everything from the quality of the ride to the gas mileage to the interior controls and displays. It's also a very sporty looking version of a Prius. More
