The dealership was clean, orderly, and I was helped promptly. Each employee I spoke with was friendly and helpful. I called on Wednesday to see if I could go in at 4PM for an oil change. I was told that Thursday was a better day, as they are open later. I asked if I come in the next day, Thursday at 4PM, I wouldn't ha an oil change. I was told that Thursday was a better day, as they are open later. I asked if I come in the next day, Thursday at 4PM, I wouldn't have a problem. He reassured me that that would be fine. I said I would see him tomorrow. When I got there, the service person said they were closing early, so I couldn't have my oil changed. I explained that I called the day before, asked if the person who I spoke to knew they were closing early. I was told he should have known. I also traveled a half hour to get there. The service person spoke to someone in an office, and agreed that I could get the oil changed. He tried to irritate me by saying I would have a 1 & 1/2 hours wait. I said that was perfectly fine. I saw the mechanic bring my car to the lot. Shortly after I saw the counter person,with billing receipt in his hand, come around his counter. He stopped to talk to other counter person. They started throwing my key back and forth to each other. I waited a while, and said to my husband that I had enough, and I was going to get my receipt from him, and pay our bill. When I got home, I noticed that the receipt said that the engine filter needs attention. I called the next day to find out if that is a big job. I was told it was not a big job, and I wouldn't need an appointment. I could just stop by. I still wonder why if it is an easy fix, why wasn't I asked if I wanted it done while there or is that another way to try to harass me. I was not there any where near one and a half hours. More
