And their technician figured out how to remove (yuk) animal debris, found the wire said varmint had gnawed through, and reconnected the line. Et Voila, air conditioning is working. They also advised pepermint oil, which is working nicely. They also found a low cost solution to the problem. I was frankly astonished. Great work and also integrity and real helpfulness.
