I would love to thank Jerry helping with a new Subaru that I purchased one week ago. The service he provided is incredible. I never would expected a dealer as Jerry to spend hours on explaining every sin that I purchased one week ago. The service he provided is incredible. I never would expected a dealer as Jerry to spend hours on explaining every single part of the car to the buyer. Normally a dealer just let you sign the paper and hand you the key. It might take probably around 15 min. With Jerry I even didn't have to read the manual, set the clock, and so on. He does everything for you. I love the service here. If I buy another Subaru at RI I would still come back to Jerry. More
Our sales person gave a thorough review of the cars features. He was friendly and knowledgeable. The rest of the staff at the dealership was also very friendly. I wanted to send a note of thanks for the service staff at Balise Subaru in Warwick for their assistance last week. I stopped in there on Friday, February 10, 2012 because a flange had fallen out of the en at Balise Subaru in Warwick for their assistance last week. I stopped in there on Friday, February 10, 2012 because a flange had fallen out of the engine splash shield on my 2010 Impreza wagon. I needed to get the part replaced since I had to drive back to Maryland a few days later and the shield probably would have fallen off if I didn?t get the flange replaced. I didn?t get the name of the Service Advisor who assisted me when I got there. He was a younger man with sandy blonde hair. He was very helpful and courteous and figured out the part I needed and connected me with the parts department, where the staff was helpful, too. Although the part wasn?t at Balise, they reserved one for me up in Smithfield. I didn?t mind that I?d have to go to Smithfield, but obviously would have been happier if the part was at your dealership. I thanked everyone and walked out the door. As I was walking around the Lot looking at cars, one of the mechanics from your shop flagged me down and asked if I had the blue Impreza with the loose splash shield. I told him I was and he explained to me that they dug up the part in the shop and replaced it on my car. Given, it was a $3 part and something I could have repaired myself I was extremely appreciative that the staff took the lead and replaced the part without charging me. No one had to go out of the way to assist me yet everyone I came in contact with did. This experience went a long way with me. Incidentally, my parents will be in the market for a new Subaru this spring. Because I received such good customer service at Balise, they will now shop there first when they are looking to purchase their car. Again, I would like to express my appreciation of your staff for fixing the part on my car and ensuring that my family had a safe drive back home. In this day and age, good customer service deserves to be recognized. More

Edwin in finance was friendy and professional. Our experience with the sales staff was not good. Jerry was knowledgeable about the product. However, he had a 'canned' speech and he seemed aggravated experience with the sales staff was not good. Jerry was knowledgeable about the product. However, he had a 'canned' speech and he seemed aggravated when we interrupted with comments or questions. He asked us to come back with our trade so we could continue with the sale, so we drove home and back (an hour and a half) to come back before the dealership closed. In the meantime, we called him to ask a question about our insurance card. When we returned with our loan paperwork completed, he told us that the business manager left so we'd have to come back another day. We explained that he had led us to believe we would be able to complete the sale that day and we were upset. He then took our paperwork and disappeared. Since I was pregnant and not feeling well, we got up to see where Jerry went. He was sitting and chatting with other salepeople and the manager in another part of the dealership. So we left. If another dealership in the area had the vehicle we wanted, we would have gone elsewhere. At no time during the hours we spent at the dealership waiting, did the Manager stop by to talk to us. This has never happened to us before. Our experience with Balise Nissan was so positive (Mark and Chris helped us) that we were shocked to be so mistreated at Balise Subaru, which is part of the same dealership! Instead of the professional service we are used to, we felt as if we were at a used dealership. More
I recently purchased a used Kia Sportage at the Balise Subaru in Warwick on Post Road. I never thought this type of vehicle would be to my liking. Initially I was looking at the Forester and was set on Subaru in Warwick on Post Road. I never thought this type of vehicle would be to my liking. Initially I was looking at the Forester and was set on purchasing a Forester but due to finances was not able to do so at this point. Jerry Cohen came to my rescue and guided me along a financial journey that took me to the used Kia Sportage that I did eventually purchase. Jerry treated me like royalty, as I walked in the door he was there to greet me and assist in any manner that he could. He was very professional, very courteous and definitely has the customer as the first and foremost thing on his agenda. I would recommend this dealership and Jerry Cohen to anyone in the process of looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. I thank you Jerry for treating me with the utmost respect. More
It was very pleasant and educational experience not just buying car. Jerry Cohen was patient and extremely knowlegeable about Outback. Jerry Cohen was very friendly and informative. He took alot of time and made an effort to be sure we understood the mechanics and workings of our new Outback. Because he made us aware of of the differenc alot of time and made an effort to be sure we understood the mechanics and workings of our new Outback. Ed Carlin was excellent to work with in the process of buying my 2012 Outback 2.5i Premium. He was friendly, knowledgeable, approachable and honest.
