After the initial vehicle I wanted had been sold Justin and Bryan went out of there way to make something work for my price range. I sold highly recommend them and this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a Subaru. More
Customer Service: I was not in the dealership 2 minutes before I was approached by an employee who asked how he could help. I let him know I was interested in the Legacy and I was introduced to Bryan. Timi before I was approached by an employee who asked how he could help. I let him know I was interested in the Legacy and I was introduced to Bryan. Timing very good; I've been to other dealers in both Warwick and Seekonk where you are practically invisible. We returned a couple of days later for a second test drive, had more questions answered about options, and we ultimately made the purchase on that second visit. Quality of Work: I received comprehensive information about the options available both onsite as well as at other local dealerships. Bryan spent the time needed and answered all my questions. Michael Harrington was incredibly thorough and appeared to process all paperwork like he could do it in his sleep. He has lots of industry knowledge and thus far I haven't received any phone calls about "you need to come back in and sign something" (which has happened to me in the past). Friendliness: It is sad that this has to have its own category to rate sales personnel these days, am I right? All sales staff should be friendly and treat people with respect. Our encounters with all staff, including Bryan, Randy, Michael and the person who put my tags on were very friendly. Our purchase time overlapped when the dealership was to close, and no one made us feel rushed or that we were inconveniencing them. Price: We feel we paid a fair price for the vehicle that we selected. The negotiations were your standard back and forth, with requests needing to go up the chain, which is totally normal. We also received detailed explanations regarding our finance options, which was very helpful to understand. Overall Experience: I consider the experience with the dealership to be an ongoing process. With warranties purchased, staff is still available to respond to questions well after the papers are signed. I feel that the staff we encountered were respectful, professional and honest, and you can tell who the people are that really enjoy what they do. More
Previous to going to Balise we had tried another Subaru dealership but while we enjoyed the vehicle we disliked the dealership and salesman quite a bit. I decided I did not want to deal with anyone so I contacted the dealership through email. I knew exactly what I wanted and I wanted the best price possible. I was put in touch with Joe Orefice and felt comfortable with his experience and easy-going attitude. My wife and I scheduled a visit and we were more than blown away with how well we were treated by Joe. I felt like I had known him for years despite having only met him that very day, and my wife pointed out that other people probably thought the same. His willingness to share his knowledge and some laughs made us feel that this experience at the dealership was different from a stereotypical situation. To say Joe is an asset to Subaru and to Balise does him a great disservice. He is better than that and as long as he continues to work at Balise I will be sure to continue a relationship with the dealership. In addition, his attention to his customers is impeccable with him continuing to follow up with me regarding the vehicle and the experience. Thank you Joe, and thank you Balise. More
Scott Brill helped us with the purchase of our new 2013 Subaru Legacy. Scott is the BEST person I've ever worked with when buying a new vehicle.
