Balise Subaru

I had heard good things about Balise Subaru, so I stopped by to look at what they had to offer. I wanted a Subaru Impreza because it has all-wheel drive, and is a smaller car than I have had before. I met Scott in the parking lot, and he immediately showed me available cars, noting that he could obtain something else if I preferred. He showed me the car inside and out, and he answered the questions I had very thoroughly. We went for a test drive, and I was sold. Scott took care of everything from start to finish. My new car came home with me that day, and Scott has been in touch with me since just to see how things are going! I had an extremely positive experience with Scott at Balise! More

Hi just wanted to say what a first great experience i had today visiting Balise Subaru. I just recently purchased a new 2013 subaru outback and although it was not purchased at Balise it was purcdhased out o today visiting Balise Subaru. I just recently purchased a new 2013 subaru outback and although it was not purchased at Balise it was purcdhased out of state....I called to inquire about service to my car because I live here in RI 2 miles from this dealership and explained I was having a problem with my blue tooth being paired with the car,,,,,they very nicely said no problem bring car in anytime they would be happy to help me. I am not very good technically but a young man by the name of Joe cukier was so patient and nice and very professional. He helped me with my problem and even spent extra time explaining a few other things to me. i told him he "made my day" and that he was my new contact person....his reply was call anytime he would be happy to help. Over multiple visits to Balise Subaru and Toyota dealerships, we narrowed down the vehicle that suited us best. Ed was always positive and professional. Yet, when I only had an hour for a given dealerships, we narrowed down the vehicle that suited us best. Ed was always positive and professional. Yet, when I only had an hour for a given encounter, it always seemed to take longer. This resulted in many more encounters than necessary. Also, we made it quite clear that the amount of money available in this negotiation was to include maximum warranty. The final stages were not salutory. With the handoff to the finance guy, the bottom line changed, and the warranty was now extra. We reconciled the first, but I ended up proceeding without the warranty, hence the OK rating for price and overall experience. I understand this finance guy is no longer with the company, but my experience stands as it was. More

Overall I'd rate my experience as positive. I visited Balise Subaru to test drive a 2008 MINI Cooper S. Within minutes I was behind the wheel on a test drive. I showed interest in the vehicle. I was never pressured but I'd say they are efficient at selling cars because within about an hour I was the new "owner" of the MINI. I can't say they pushed me into the car, because it was my choice, but it all went down a little fast for my taste. This was the only "negative" although some would probably say it's a positive. The MINI is a great car and they did a fine job getting me the lowest possible APR. Paperwork, insurance and loan payoff was a breeze. I feel my trade-in was under valued but where is it not? Again overall it was a good experience, customer service was good. Would I recommend Balise Subaru? Yes. Are they good at selling cars? Absolutely. More
