I went to ask some questions about trading in a used car and explained that I didn't want to pay more than I was already paying per month. Had a terrific experince at Balise Subaru. Joe O. was a pleasure to deal with. Friendly and very knowledgeable about the car. Bryan and the rest of the staff were courteous and accommodating throughout the new car buying process. At no time did Bryan bring out the " hard sell tactics" , he was very respectful of our desires accommodating throughout the new car buying process. When a dealership cant get a purchase contract correct after 4 attempts, you should probally consider another dealership. Singed paperwork for NEW plates and my old plates got transfered ( also paid for after 4 attempts, you should probally consider another dealership. As far as the sales person i worked with he was great ( exceeeded my expectations ) unfortunatly everything that was done after he was done with me was horrid. The managment at this dealership lies in an attempt to cover themselves , when they finally got caught in a lie things changed quickly. More

He was proactive, reliable, thorough, attentive and kind. He made himself available by phone after business hours as we were trying to sort through the situation and set things right. He went above and beyond his call of duty to make up for the earlier fumbles, and I actually ended up receiving the car sooner than I'd originally expected. Even after the sale, he continued to be helpful and engaged, and was able to secure my plates a couple weeks in advance. James Kieffer and Randy Sassone were also very helpful in moving the process along towards the end. So, in spite of the rocky start, I ended up having an incredibly positive experience, and felt that I was treated with genuine respect. Thank you once again, team! More
