Dealing with Nyles as a salesperson was a great experience. He was knowledgeable about Subaru's and the Forester model. He was helpful and courteous taking the time to answer all of my questions. The building looked nice from the inside and out and the bathrooms were clean. We had to wait for the car to get delivered and Nyles was patient with my multiple calls to check the status. He called when he told me he would call and took the time to go through the manual and set up certain things in the car to help me get moving quickly. My husband and I were on a time crunch to get the car before we headed out of town for the Thanksgiving holiday and Nyles made sure it was cleaned up and processed the same day that it arrived. When we went to pick up the plates - the sales manager was very friendly and gave me some pointers about dealing with an AWD car in the snow. Working with Balise was a great experience and I will go there for my next Subaru! More

Joe treated me with respect and listened to what my needs/wants were. He got me the car I wanted for the price I wanted. He was never pushy. We went to look for used Subaru Outback with fairly tight budget. Because of that, although we had an eye on one particular car we were very cautious -- may be overly so -- in making the decision. An average dealer/sales person could have lost their patience and left us behind. But Joe was very patient, never pushy and let us do it the way we felt most comfortable. Joe's service was great; the above rating is one notch below because some of the other parts of the process could have been better -- such as our first test drive that we had an appointment but the car was not ready so we ended up waiting for some time (this was before Joe was assigned to us), and the Internet rep was a bit slow in response. But in the end we had a very good experience and would recommend this dealer, and especially Joe, to our friends. More
