I live in Connecticut was issued 20 day temps which expired on3/22/15 I called my sales person told him plates would expire on sunday he stated the registration was mailed on 3/19 I received my paper work on 3/25 in a UPS priority ground letter sent to my home .7 days to get here? I don't think so! any way no follow up its 3/27 no one has called to see if I got my paper work I have been in the car business 30 years this is just poor customer service will not return except for any needed warranty work More

Everything was covered under warranty and offered us a loaner which was a '15 Forester. I loved driving the new car and decided to go in and see what could be done about trading in our current one. Jeremiah was wonderful and very helpful in finding the car that was right for us. He let us look at the new 2015 models and then when those come to find out were a bit out of our price range he kept looking for the perfect car. He kept going to the manager Randy and telling him what we wanted in a car and what the price we wanted to pay. After a few hours of searching he found us the perfect car! We are so happy and loved everything! They found the car that not only had all the features we wanted but also in our price range! Everyone was very helpful and even the managers made it a point to introduce themselves to us. I was very impressed with that! More

went from great to bad!! leased a new Subaru legacy in 2012 from kevin in the sales and finance dept" everything was great!! now the lease is almost up in about 5 monthes! t leased a new Subaru legacy in 2012 from kevin in the sales and finance dept" everything was great!! now the lease is almost up in about 5 monthes! they keep sending me emails to trade it in early but everytime I inquire about it!! they never get back to me!! very rude to say the lease I liked this dealership when I first leased my car:" but I guess things have changed?? they never return your calls and trouble is eventually there going to see me in july when I turn the car in!! and im sure they'll be flying around me like ----- on dog doo!! thank you I hope things change!! Surprisingly, many of the sales people I spoke with knew very little about their cars. Tim Bartlett over at Balise was the exception. I could tell that he is passionate about cars. Everything he said matched up with my own research, so I felt I could trust him when he told me something I didn't know. They were very upfront and candid about what they had to offer and what there pricing was. I ended up placing a order for a new WRX with the options that I wanted. It arrived in the US sooner than I expected (and sooner than Tim's estimate.) When I came in to pick it up, everything went smoothly. Tim walked me through the car setup, and answered any questions I had. All the paperwork was ready. There were no hidden fees or surprises (something that has happened to me at other dealers.) I would definitely buy another car from Tim at Balise. More
