Excellent Subaru buying experience I called Balise Subaru asking for a black 2015 Subaru BRZ, and I was forwarded to a salesman named Rob. Rob informed me that they had no BRZ's in stoc I called Balise Subaru asking for a black 2015 Subaru BRZ, and I was forwarded to a salesman named Rob. Rob informed me that they had no BRZ's in stock, but if I could come in, we could discuss ordering a new one. When I got to the dealership, I was greeted by nothing but friendly service. I immediately sat down with Rob, discussed everything I would like in my BRZ, and he managed to find one within 10 minutes of being there, that was about 300 miles away. He informed me that he could get it there in one week on a flat bed, so that it would have under 10 miles on it when it arrived. When I got to the dealership to pick it up and pay for it, the BRZ had 9 miles on it, and was beautifully prepped for the sale. The whole buying experience was extremely pleasant, easy, and pressure-free. I got my BRZ for a great price, and Rob was an awesome salesman to work with! More

I called in & since I was coming from 90 minutes away, I said I was loo I bought a 2011 Ford Escape back in the winter & Joe Orefice was my salesman. I called in & since I was coming from 90 minutes away, I said I was looking for no games & was not going to play any. We negotiated a price & the next day I came in to buy the car. Considering much of the transaction took place over the phone it was refreshing that Joe treated it seriously & when I came in didn't seek to play games. Joe was very friendly, knowledgeable, & professional. I tend to have a low tolerance for games & I tend to be the guy who storms out of a dealership in anger... none of this happened as Joe was upfront from the start. I told him that I was so happy with the transaction that I would write him a review...and here I am many months later! More
