Patric Saad - Genuinely #1 I did the unthinkable and walked into a dealership as a woman alone. LOL. Patric went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible knowing I was I did the unthinkable and walked into a dealership as a woman alone. LOL. Patric went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible knowing I was trading in a car with an upside down value. I actually got more car than I thought I could get. The finance people - Joe and Chris - were awesome and reached out to their network to get me the best financing package available for the lease. Have to say I had been going to the same salesman at a different dealership with different make of car for 20 years and was afraid to wander. However, Patric exceeded my expectations as a salesman as did the support staff. Even the protections they encouraged me to get turned out to be valuable even after having the vehicle for only 24 hours - parked under a tree at work where the birds did what birds do and berries were squashed on the car. Came home, took out a hose and voila - it came off with no scrubbing. I'm a believer in this dealership and Subaru product as the staff were awesome and anticipate the same throughout my lease. The Forrester I'm leasing has got to be hands down the most comfortable ride I've ever driven. Trust me folks, I don't hand out kudos easily. MAKE YOUR FIRST CONTACT -- PATRIC SAAD!!!!!! More

We walked back into the showroom to his desk and we started filling out the paperwork and running numbers and had an approval..then the next step was to Chris Jutras office for the financial paperwork. Chris was very thorough and explained everything. These two guys were great to deal with. I would recommend this dealership and these guys to anyone! Very happy with our Outback and with Alex our salesmen. We came to Balise after going to 3 other Subaru dealerships in MA & RI. We pretty much knew what we wanted but we were having difficulty finding inve We came to Balise after going to 3 other Subaru dealerships in MA & RI. We pretty much knew what we wanted but we were having difficulty finding inventory. I had actually texted with Randy at the dealership through the website. * Great option to text especially since I was at another Subaru dealership at the time. Alex showed us the car and we went on a great test drive. I wanted a specific price for my trade in and after some negotiations we agreed on a price. Alex was very thorough and showed us everything in the car, programmed our phone and went over the car manual. We left in the car that night. So far I really like the car and it feels extremely solid. Alex has contacted us several times to make sure we are satisfied and gone the extra mile. His sale didn't end when we left the lot and I think that's rare in a salesman. He was actually so nice that I apologized for getting a bit feisty over my trade in but he took it in stride. I would definitely recommend him and will certainly go back when we need another car although that shouldn't be for years:) More

That dealership was unprofessional but I loved the Forester and began price shopping around different Subaru dealerships. Balise Subaru far and away had the most competitive prices and I contacted them for a test drive. When I arrived, I was met by Patric Saad and immediately noticed a difference in approach between Patric and the Balise team and the other dealership. Patric knew what I was looking for and immediately showed me the options available. Even though I had already done a test drive with a salesman at another dealership, Patric was far more knowledgeable and showed me features on the vehicle that I was previously unaware that the vehicle had. The negotiating process was extremely straightforward and the Balise team played no games. They offered the 2015 Subaru Forester at an extremely competitive price and negotiating the trade in value of my vehicle was a surprisingly pleasant experience. There were no games and I feel like I received a very fair trade in offer from Balise. From then on, Ian Mochrie explained the various extended warranty options that were available and helped me pick the option that best fit what I was looking for without trying to get me to buy things I didn't want or need. The entire car buying experience was very pleasant, stress free and straight forward. The Balise team does an excellent job at providing you with all the options so that you can make the choice that is right for you, without trying to sell you things you don't want or need. My only regret is that I didn't go to Balise first before I tried another dealership. I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Balise Subaru and I highly recommend you go to Balise! More
