Service when needed We live in Pompani Beach, Florida. We were in Deerfieldm MA and our Mazda would not start. We got a battery jump and thought the battery was dead. We drove to Springfield, MA and at 4:45 pm we pulled,into,service. I Told Bob Allen, a assistant service,manager, the problem and that we were,due at our daughter's that evening. Even though it was late and a Friday, he got,our car looked at. It turned out the battery was OK. I may have pushed the wrong button in the morning and drained the battery. But, Bob could have said It is too late, the service department closes at 5. But, he was very pleasant, made us feel he wanted to serve despite our Florida plates. If we ever live in the area, we would consider buying a car for this dealship. More
