My experience was excellent in every aspect. I highly reccomend Balise Hyundai of Cape Cod. The sales associate (Tim) gave no pressure, just help and answers. The Sales manager (Louie) went above and beyond to get a good finance deal, the general manager (JJ) was very helpful and allowed us to take the car home to test it with our 3 teenagers. Also, as part of the deal, they agreed to fix several dings and scrapes on the 2009 Taurus X. After closing the deal, they took the car and sent it to have the body work completed. When I got the car back, it looked brand new! They certainly kept their word PLUS much more. I am very happy! More
