I went to the dealership looking for a used car for my daughter but after speaking with Enos Ngugi he made me see the value in buying a new car compared to buying a used vehicle. He spent time with us trying to find the right vehicle for her. He always had a smile and he listened to what my daughter wanted. I never felt pressured to buy and was always made to feel welcome. This is the reason why I would recommend this dealership to any of my family, friends, co-workers, etc.. also I would make sure to tell them to ask for Enos because he is an asset to this dealership and I would want to make sure they were taken care of the same as I was. My son was joining the Air Force and was due to drive to the Air Force Base in Panama City Florida. We explained the situation to the manager - that we needed a reliable used car immediately. Mr. Perez found a used Honda Civic that day - I believe it was from a Balise dealer across the street and we were able to purchase the car for a great price that very day! Our son has since driven the car to Tyndall Air Force Base and he and I could not be happier. The car is perfect and our son loves it. It also gives us peaace of mind knowing that he is driving a safe car. We sincerely could not have expected better treatment from a car dealer and we were treated with great care. Although do to my negative equity of my trade in I was unable to qualify for a new car , the representative that worked with me had exceptional customer service and worked closely with the manager to give unable to qualify for a new car , the representative that worked with me had exceptional customer service and worked closely with the manager to give me the best experience possible and best deal they could with what they had to work with , without making me feel that uncomfortableness of not being eliglble to actually get a car within my soending range and what they had to work with.
