I can't say enough of these two gentlemen - after a very rough experience with Metro Honda Johnston full of lies, tricks and dishonesty - i found the exact opposite at Majestic Honda of Warwick - they do bu rough experience with Metro Honda Johnston full of lies, tricks and dishonesty - i found the exact opposite at Majestic Honda of Warwick - they do business with integrity, very pleasant, smart and honest people- 20 minutes into my visit i took my check book out and wrote a check to hold the deal which is still in process... but i can tell i am not going anywhere.. so if you're looking for a Honda my first advise would be stay away form Metro Honda and head to 509 Quaker lanes and see one of these two guys... This is the second car my family purchased at this location from Richard Brown. Richard is extremely knowledgable, courteous and will go above and beyond to get you what you want. He does not apply un location from Richard Brown. Richard is extremely knowledgable, courteous and will go above and beyond to get you what you want. He does not apply undo pressure or speak in a language that is traditional sales speak. He is a pleasure to do business with and I would highly recommend Richard to friends and family. They tried to suck every last dollar out of one sale. It is a shame because they were unwilling to make a reasonable deal and I found MANY better quotes at other dealerships. More
My wife and I negotiated the purchase of a new CR-V with David Moniz and John Brodeur, and they were very professional with us. Before we left on our first visit we made a handshake agreement with them that if they could meet our conditions we would buy the car. David called the next day informing us that they could indeed meet our requests and when we came in the following day all the paperwork was 100% correct the way we wanted it. We took out a small loan and filled out the paperwork wit Howard Julian, the business manager. Again, everything was in proper order and Howard was very clear in answering all our questions - including the ones where I already knew the answer. Before we left with the care, John stopped by to thank us for the business and David showed us various features of the car, including the electronics. Several days after we closed the deal, we got a surprise in the mail. A $9.50 return on the unused portion of the estimated registration fee - they could have kept this and we would never have known about it. All-in-all we were very satisfied with how the employees at Majestic Honda treated us and if we buy another Honda we will definitely pay them a visit. More

Thank you Tony for our new cars and the wonderful experience. The price Tony gave us was amazing, we did a lot of research in the internet and he really gave us an amazing deal. Everyone at Majestic is superfriendly. And although we choose rare colors for our cars which they didn't have in their lot, we got the cars within 2 days (one of those days being a sunday)! Love my Honda Civic and working with people at Majestic. Great mileage and handling on both highway and in town. Handling in snow is great, too. We have purchased other Hondas over the years from Mike Girard and he continues to keep us more than satisfied. We also have all of our Hondas serviced at Majestic Honda in West Warwick and Ashley and the Service Team there are great. I purchased a used Civic from this dealer. One problem was that it had a broken mirror. They promised that this would be fixed when I came to pick it up. They called to say the car was ready and I went was that it had a broken mirror. They promised that this would be fixed when I came to pick it up. They called to say the car was ready and I went to get it. When I arrived I found the mirror still broken and they wanted me to pay for the car but they would get it fixed soon (yeah right). After going back three times (yes I was stupid enough to put a deposit on the car) I finally accepted the car (mirror has still not been fixed but I've given up). The car also had a bad transmission (found this out after I finally took it). I was told I had a warranty, the service staff said I didn't until I provided the paperwork proof. I was told I wouldn't be charged for the repair because the car was bad when I took it. I was still charged. I would say that 90% of everything that came out of everyones mouth there was a complete lie. The sales staff was extremely rude (one sales associate called me an ***hole under his breath while I was there, thanks Nelson). When I asked about there we are not happy unless our customer is happy policy, they told me tough luck they couldn't make everyone happy. This was the worst car buying experience of my life. It was bad enough that if it was a movie it would be a comedy because no one would believe that it could happen. Buying a car from Majestic Honda was the worst decision of my life. More
