This is probably the sixth Honda that was purchased or leased from Majestic. In addition to the excellent sales staff, the service department is great. Highly recommend. After some awful shopping experiences for a new car, we sent an email request to Majestic Honda South and spoke to Rhonda about our trade and the type of car we were looking for. Rhonda was open and honest up front and over the phone about availability of cars and the price they were willing to offer for our trade. We then met with Mike Monahan at the dealership for a quick and really pleasant buying experience. Their first offer was more than fair both for the price of our trade and the price of the new car (seriously, we were so prepared for the awful haggling process that we were speechless when they offered us a fair price on the first try). We were given great financing options and the transaction was handled quickly and professionally. We'll be in the market for another vehicle in 6 months when our daughter starts driving and plan on going back to Majestic Honda again! More

I traded in my Accord for a used Odyssey. Rhonda took the internet reservation and connected us when I got to the dealership. They took care of getting the car ready for us by the next day and answered each question patiently as we came up with them. I was very pleased with the process and result. We love our Odyssey and would go to Majestic and Dave first when looking again. More

Worst car buying experience of my life. First problem, the sales department will promise you anything you want, sure we can fix that, yes that's covered under the warranty. Until you pay, then they dodge the sales department will promise you anything you want, sure we can fix that, yes that's covered under the warranty. Until you pay, then they dodge your calls, avoid you when you show up and back track on everything they said initially. I was told that there job is to make sure every customer is satisfied. Yet when I asked the sales manager what he could do because I was not satisfied he said oh well we can't make everyone happy. I will never deal with this company again and can only hope I save someone else from making the same mistake as myself, never hand over any money to these crooks. More
