I just leased a 2011 Accord from Majestic Honda and got a great deal on it!! My 2010 Honda CR-V was only two months old, when a mysterious seam separation developed,about 7 inches long, a half inch wide between the front bumper guard and fender. There was no visible damage, but they claimed the "was hit", and refused to process a claim against the warranty, but gave me a written estimate to restore the seam separation. It was hedged and padded and came to $442.I purchased the car there The same car was brought to METRO HONDA. Their Service Manager put one hand to raise the fender on the upper lip, whacked the lower bumper guard with the heel of the other hand, and everything snapped securely in place with perfect alignment. My analysis of the situation is that they were afraid that Honda would not pay for the repair. This dealership apparently has an autocratic ownership, whose hirlings are cronies and relatives, whose allegiance is to the dealership, and not to customers. More
Wanted a 2005 Honda Touring with DVD and Navigation in a particular color (Red Rock). They did not have any of that model in stock but had one in our color coming in. When it did come in they were able to particular color (Red Rock). They did not have any of that model in stock but had one in our color coming in. When it did come in they were able to hold it for us until we could come up with the down-payment. Michelle was great, but the managers can be a pain. We contacted Majestic through email, and the way internet sales and walk ins are treated is different as far as down-payments and credit checks go. The entire transaction was smooth because of Michelle's professionalism. Would by all means purchase and recommend anyone from buying another Honda from her! We did not get any optional equipment or extended warrentee for the simple reason that the prices were higher then other honda dealers on the net. More
Brought my wife's Honda in which was purchased at the same dealership by us 5 years ago. They would not perform the recall work saying it was expired by Honda. Used to have loaners for service for people who purchased the cars there but were kind enough to say that they disc. the program and that I could rent a car from them if I wanted to....gee thanks. When we went to pick up the car, they had LOST my key! Unbelievable.... More
